Groomers cannot enter clients’ homes. Please hand over your pet outside, as all grooming is done in our vans.

Clients are not permitted inside the van unless approved by the groomer.

Vans cannot be parked in underground or low-clearance areas. Please provide accessible parking near your home.

Disclose any behavioral issues or medication needs before booking. Undisclosed aggression may result in a cancellation fee.

Inform us of any health concerns before your appointment. A waiver may be required for certain conditions.

We cannot groom pets with lice or infestations. Failure to disclose this will result in a cancellation fee.

Be honest about your pet’s coat condition (e.g., matted or not groomed for months) so we can quote time and pricing accurately.

Please allow a 30-minute window before or after your scheduled time due to traffic or weather delays.

Appointments canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a cancellation fee.
